SHIPPING & TAXES

SW PA Systems, Inc. ships through the carrier UPS directly from manufacturer from California. For our products over $500 we add an insurance cost on top of the shipping calculations to ensure your product gets to you and covers if anything is damaged or stolen.

A few of SW PA Systems are subjec to a California Sales Tax of 6% if you, your business or government agency is located in or the product is shipped to any California residence, business or state government institution. If the purchaser or ship to receiver resides in the State of Illinois you are subject to a sales tax of 9.75%. If you are tax exempt you will need to provide the proper tax exemption number to avoid this charge. For more information on Illinois State sales tax regulations click here. RETURNS

SW PA Systems will accept any returns within 30 days if the product is defective and damaged out of the box from shipping. If the product does not perform to your satisfaction we can accept the returned product for an exchange or issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. SW PA Systems, Inc. does not cover the shipping for returns or exchanges, however, in some instances will reserve the right to negotiate with the customer to achieve customer satisfaction. If a product becomes defective after 30 days the product will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty. See Warranties page for more information.
